10 years of history, more than 100 products to explore
After 10 years of research and development, in 2026 we opened our first shop in Vila Madalena in São Paulo to showcase to the public our research that goes beyond the traditional and well-known fermented products and deepens the technique with local ingredients never before imagined as fermented. We talk about wines from native fruits, missôs and shoyus from grains and seeds beyond soy, and of course, gastronomic applications that make any chef travel the world to come and try and learn.
